Suzie Mahony Designs is named as a finalist in the KFW Irish Accessory Designer of the Year Award 2013.  The awards are judged by Melanie Morris - Editor IMAGE Magazine and Chairperson of KPW Judges, Liz Greehy Fashion Journalist and Editor of Stylebible.ie and Lisa Brady Fashion Editor Sunday Business Post.   Winners will be announced at the KFW Gala Dinner on 9th March at the Carlton Hotel Tralee.   All finalists collections will be showcased on the 8th March at the KFW New Collections Fashion Show at the Carlton Hotel Tralee.  Fantastic fashion events all weekend.  To Book tickets check out.…

Suzie Mahony Designs featured on Ireland AM as part of the Kerry Fashion Awards segment with the fabulous Lisa Fitzpatrick.  Lots of stunning Irish Talent on show.  'Ebony Sparkle' was designed for the awards.  It is a large Jackie O inspired hat trimmed with sharp black feathers and diamonte detail.  The awards take place in March. http://www.tv3.ie/3player/show/184/59384/1/Ireland-AM

I had a brilliant day at Isobel Boutique Adare with Celia Holman-Lee.  Celia gave tips to all the Mother of the Bride/Groom on a number of outifts and I was happy to give advice when wearing hats/headpieces.  With a huge range of fabulous labels available and headwear dyed to match them by Suzie Mahony Designs each client had a great opportunity to look amazing for that special day.

Celebrity Fashion & Fun Show at Cafe en Seine was amazing.  Couleur Productions did a fabulous job on the event.  I had a brilliant night showcasing my collection at the show.  It was great to have my designs modelled by Virginia Marcari, Triona McCarthy, Cathy O'Connor, Celia Holman-Lee, Vicki Mooney and so many more.  The atmosphere was just electric all night.  Check out lots more pics on my facebook page.

I am delighted to be showcasing my new hat designs at this great evening of fun and fashion in Aid of ISPCC.  Fashion will also feature from Claire O'Connor and Sean Byrne. Both Celebrity and Professional Models on the night.  DJ Steve Cooper will MC the event. 

Hosted by TV3's Noel Cunningham, the Ultimate Christmas Style Show at Harvey's Point was an amazing evening on 22nd December.  Guests were treated to a complete dinner whilst enjoying the best of fashion and design from throughout Ireland.   Having been part of a summer show at Harvey's Point in July it was a real treat to be running things backstage again.  Fashion was featured from Chic Boutique, Edel McBride, McElhinneys, Vintage Antiques, Suzie Mahony Designs and Claire Garvey.  With Christmas in  the air we also featured wonderful dresses from Beverly Hills Boutique Galway with handmade facemasks from Suzie Mahony Designs. …

Munster National Day at Limerick Races featured a Fashion show by Isobel Boutique Adare with Millinery by Suzie Mahony Designs. Fabulous event for all the ladies on 'Ladies Day' which was judged by Triona McCarthy and Dawn Fitzgerald.  The winner was a stunning look worn by Gillian Gilbourne who wore a green Charlotte & Jane dress with matching accessories.

The Winners of the 'I Do' Wedding suppliers awards showcased their businesses at the Claregalway Wedding Fair 2012.  Fashion shows with Catwalk Modelling Agency.

The Ardilaun Hotel in conjunction with NBCRI (National Breast Cancer Research Institute) host a unique event which combines lunch, Millinery and racing fever, which takes place on Tuesday 31st July at 12 noon.  Melanie Morris Editor of Image Magazine will MC the event, Modelling by Catwalk modelling Agency.  Featuring top designs in Millinery from Galway Milliners Suzie Mahony, Catriona King, Edel Ramberg and Mark Burke.
